Halloween is a major Holiday for the lash and nail community, which is why KISS has an extensive line of both every year including: glow in the dark, dramatic, rhinestone-filled, temperature-changing, glittery, and simple designs. Using characters like Medusa that were both glamorous and spooky, we brought to life the 2024 line.
Each year, KISS introduces glow-in-the-dark nails as part of their Halloween collection. To enhance our photography and highlight this feature, I proposed a retouching approach due to the challenge of capturing the glow on set. Collaborating closely with the nail development team and utilizing specialized lighting, I retouched compelling before-and-after GIFs and the loose nail chip graphics for social media promotion.
